Jessy is a self-made and self-taught entrepreneur. Prior to venturing out on his own he worked as a Developer with numerous organizations, involved in design and development of Software Products. He has 20 years of technology and business leadership experience with prestigious companies in Asia, Europe and USA. Presently he divides his time between leading business development (with focus on Strategic Partnerships, JVs and Enterprise accounts) and also guiding product development teams.
He Identifies himself as a visionary with the ability to understand industry trends and identify opportunities in the market.
Jessy Is a Charter member of Tie-Global (Worlds largest not-for-profit Business networking organization). In spare time he is researching topics of interest, reading journals and books, spending time with his family and is involved with local community events. He holds a Engineering degree in Computer science from India.

Mr. Cini has more has more than 25 years of successfully marketing, selling, managing and nurturing high-level relationships to C-Level Executives at Fortune 500/1000 companies as well as public and privately held business owners. He is also an expert at Web 2.0 based sales and marketing strategies.
Most recently Mr. Cini is the creator and developer of a next-generation financial and healthcare based platforms which integrates and automates sales, marketing, customer management, communications, and the “art of the follow-up”. His metrics, analytics and refinement processes have sparked near triple-digit growth in lead generation, conversions and retentions, in one of the worst financial market climates in USA history.
Through his ability to communicate and lead, Mr. Cini maintains an “A” level network of C-Level Executives, Expert Advisors, International Network of Clientele and Strategic Business Alliances.
Steven Harwood, Head – Global Business Development
Steven is an International Business Development Specialist with track record of developing businesses and achieving results in Global Markets. Strong organization and leadership skills; ability to develop and motivate teams of diverse cultural backgrounds to drive results. Steven specializes in identifying distribution channels in Latin America and other global markets. In his previous role he was Commercial Director, Medical Diagnostics, GE Healthcare.
Steven is proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Chinese & Hindi. When he is not helping people learn new languages he keeps himself busy in foreign affairs, fitness, soccer and singing.
Steven has attained “Distinguished Toastmaster” (highest level of distinction within Toastmasters). He hold a BA in Latin America Studies and a MBA in International Business.
